Covington is a western Ohio village that is situated in Miami County. The village was laid out in 1816 and was incorporated in 1835. Covington is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area and has a population of about 2,500 people according to the United States Census Bureau.

The village is also home to several community organizations such as the Newberry Historical Society and the Covington Youth Sports Association. There are many recreational opportunities in Covington as well. Covington Community Park is situated along the beautiful Stillwater River, making it an attractive spot for fishermen and canoers. Greenville Falls is a 92-acre park that is home to a mile-long trail. The park is home to various kinds of wildlife and is perfect for walks during the cool days of fall.
